Shipping
Textiles are shipped from Kathmandu via DHL fully trackable. Insurance is available. Average DHL cost from Kathmandu is $30.
Customs Duties
The purchaser is liable for any government taxes or duties payable.
Refunds
If the item does not match your expectations, Rinzin will refund your costs less shipping and any bank fees. You must notify Rinzin within 7 days of receipt of the textile. Rinzin cannot honour returns that exceed this time limit.
